Spanish colonial gold was extremely strong at the show today. Customers have increasingly been interested in all Latin American Numismatics for years now. I imagine that trend will continue to grow. There are many collectors chasing the best coins from Peru, Ecuador, Chile, Guatemala, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Bolivia, and other South American and Central American countries. The gold coins from these countries are scarce in any condition and they are highly prized.
